This very handsome little boy is Freddie and arrived in our care as an unclaimed stray.

He’s a young long legged JRT and a timid boy until he gets to know you.

Freddie was very nervous when he first arrived but in a short space of time has gained so much confidence. He loves people and his favourite party trick is jumping from the floor into your arms so he can be carried!

We think he hasn't been socialised and everything is scary, but he’s quick to learn and trust.

We don’t think he’s been in the company of dogs because when we introduced him to our friendly bunch he just hid behind us. He’s curious but very cautious. He really does want to interact but has no idea how and that is something we are working on. But there is no aggression whatsoever so he could live with another dog or would be just as happy on his own. He has not met cats.

Freddie travels well in the car and walks beautifully on the lead. He is springy and can jump so for this one, although small will need a decent sized fence or he’ll be up and over visiting your neighbour!!

He’d suit older children better due to him still being a little nervous. So if you are looking for a loyal active little dog then look no further.
